Hylands Golf Club is the largest private golf facility within the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), serving more than 1,150 members and over 100 junior golfers. Located in the National Capital Region, Hylands welcomes more than 70,000 rounds of golf annually and offers year-round recreation, events, and community programs.
Beyond golf, Hylands hosts military unit tournaments, winter activities, Change of Command ceremonies, weddings, corporate meetings, and special events. With a strong focus on customer service, affordable programming, and community engagement, Hylands continues to be a premier destination for CAF members, their families, and guests.

Hylands Golf Club began in 1960 when plans were approved to develop an affordable golf facility for military personnel. Volunteers from local military units and community organizations helped build the original 18-hole course, which opened in 1963 as Uplands Golf Club.
As membership grew, a second 18-hole course was added and officially opened in 1972. At the same time, the facility was renamed Hylands Golf Club. Today, Hylands features 36 holes of championship golf and continues the tradition of providing exceptional value and service to the military community.
